Cancellation:
Our customers have full rights to cancel an order within a 5-hour window, once the order is packed and scheduled for transit cancellation will not be accepted. Anand Vendors has full authority to cancel any order when we suspect the order is not genuine or we suspect spam or fraudulence. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent or spam transactions and we will deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Return & Refund:
We follow a return &refund policy when the product is returned at the time of delivery due to reasons like when they found any problem in the quality of the product. The product should be checked and returned at the time of delivery we will not accept return requests after the product has been delivered. But you can contact our customer care we will schedule you through the process and if we feel the issue is on the product, we will do the necessary things for you.
Product displayed:
We have made every effort to display an accurate image of the product. But we can’t guarantee it the actual product may slightly differ in colour and shape because there may be differences due to the lighting, angle, brightness, screen, and many things. But the product will be the same as described.
Suggestions:
Any feedback, comments, ideas improvements, or suggestions provided to us by anyone with respect to the service remain the sole and exclusive property of us.
